Bookings and Payments

• Deposits:Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Liability

• Sifr Studio is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury to persons or property during sessions/events, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
• Clients are responsible for their own belongings.
• We are not responsible for delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control.

Intellectual Property

• All content on our website and provided during our services, including but not limited to images, logos, and text, is the property of Sifr Studio and is protected by intellectual property laws.
• Unauthorized use of our intellectual property is prohibited.

Privacy
